Ingredients
1/2 cup Apricot preserves
2 to 3 Tablespoons coarse grained or Dijon mustard
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation
Heat grill.
In small bowl, combine preserves and mustard; blend well.
When ready to barbecue, oil grill rack.
Brush chicken with apricot mixture
place on gas grill over medium heat or
on charcol grill 4-6" from medium coals or
broiler pan 4-6" from broiler element.
Broil 15-20 minutes until juices run clear and
chicken is fork tender, turning occasionally and
brushing frequently with apricot mixture.
