This is a favorite in our home!
1 whole pork tenderloin, about 1 lb.
4 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients but meat; coat tenderloin well with sauce.
Roast for 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally, until meat thermometer registers 155-160 degrees.
Slice thinly to serve. 4 servings.
