Appetizers 1 Point Per Meatball
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup egg substitute -- or 1 egg
Preperation
Preheat oven at 350 F
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, making sure to mix very well.
Shape into (approximate 24) small balls placing the balls on a baking sheet
Bake until no longer pink in the middle (approximately 45 - 60 minutes)
or brown in a fry pan (use cooking spray) then add a jar
of spaghetti sauce (or better yet, a batch of the
Hunt's Quick Sauce) simmer 10 mins or until no longer pink.
